    The Staff was very friendly

There was people fighting out in the parking lot. Pillows were way to flat.

The staff was polite and the bed was really comfortable!

Non-smoking room's and continental breakfast don't exist. Both should be removed from the list of options.

It was unclean. Rooms didn't have everything they said they would. The front desk did not give information for WiFi.

Not clean. Odours- old perfume, mildew. Not a safe area.Tried to get a refund to move elsewhere but was denied. My husband had lung cancer - has only one lung, So smells, odours are detrimental to his health. Even explaining this, we were refused our refund. I had looked in at the motel but had not thought to let my husband lie down to see if the room was okay. After a couple of minutes, he was not feeling well. I removed the artificial smelly plant from the room but would have preferred to remove the carpet. The bathroom and bathtub was disgusting. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

I can't believe you could charge $100 a night for this dump. The people who own it were very nice but.....The curtains had tears in them and were filthy, there was mold in the bathroom, there were holes in the towels. It was not in a good part of town. We were very disappointed and tried to leave but since we went through you we couldn't leave. What a jip! I don't know if you visit these rooms, but you should. I will never book through Booked.net again!

At first we appreciated the price....then when we arrived we discovered that no amount of money could get us to stay there more than one night (and that was because it took us a night to find another hotel with any room available). Provo was almost sold out (graduation time); so we paid a hefty price to stay at another hotel; but we had to.

The room was deplorable. We have traveled extensively throughout the us and out of the country. This was the worst hotel we have ever been in. Paint was peeling, frig was supported by a piece of wood, toilet seat was chipping and inside was rusty. There were dents and gouges all over the room. The one chair had stuffing coming out. The shower would get marginally warm, enough to not freeze while showering. This hotel should be renovated or condemned.

It is easy to find and a convenient location in town.

It is old and the rooms are poorly lit. Some features, such as one lamp and the hair dryer, didn't work.

It was dirty, the staff was very rude. I did not have hot water after i told them to fix it and they wasnted to argue with me and said that there was hot water. I told them that i wanted to check out, they said that i couldnt. They said that if i did leave that they was still going to charge my credit card. This was the worse experience ever at a hotel. I cant describe how upset i was.

It was dirty and very run-down. Peeling paint, dry rot in the ceiling and broken light fixtures made it very unappealing.
